Each has different dimensions, a different screen and a different battery, so their parts won’t fit the S25, even if the product names are similar.
The Galaxy S24 is similar. It has the same 6.2-inch screen and resolution, but the body is 7.2 mm thick rather than 7.6 mm, so don’t assume that parts are interchangeable between the two generations.

The S25 comes with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with FHD+ resolution (2340 x 1080), an adaptive refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The ultrasonic fingerprint reader is under the panel, so the screen also affects biometric unlocking.
The Original complete screen for Samsung Galaxy S25 is the right option if you want to restore the original panel’s performance: adaptive refresh rate, brightness and colour as designed for the model, and fingerprint recognition through the glass. This is a high-end replacement part, often chosen by repair shops when a customer wants the device to work as it did before the fault. Before ordering, check that your model code starts with SM-S931. The S25+ screen is 6.7 inches and the Ultra screen is 6.9 inches, so neither is compatible with this model.
