Placing an order with THE COMPANY, hereinafter ilevante.com, implies the acceptance by the customer of the legal conditions set forth in this document.

GENERAL CONDITIONS



- To place an order at ilevante you must be of legal age (18+ years old) or, failing that, have parental or guardian authorization. When a customer clicks the "Confirm Purchase" button, they authenticate themselves as being of legal age or having the necessary authorization.

- The sale of products on iLevante.com is aimed at end customers. The objective of the website is the sale to this type of customer, considering sales to companies or resellers as exceptional.

- Product prices are in euros (€) and include VAT in the price shown in the catalog. Prices are valid except for typographical errors or end of stock. In the event that the product is not in stock, if you make a reservation for the product, you will not be billed at a higher price.

- Sales made on ilevante.com will be subject to Spanish laws with the consequent payment of the corresponding taxes.

- Registering on ilevante.com is free. The customer will have access to their personal data through a password and can modify the data at any time. The purpose of the registration is for the shipping of your orders, billing, and, if the customer expressly requests it, the sending of information and offers related to ilevante.com. There is no obligation to be registered and you can unsubscribe at any time by indicating that you want your data to be deleted by contacting ventas@ilevante.com. The information we receive when you register will be completely confidential and no person or company outside of ilevante.com will have any access to this information.

- ilevante.com is not responsible for changes in the specifications and characteristics of products or when a product is discontinued without prior notice by the manufacturer; in the event of significant changes, ilevante.com undertakes to contact the customer before sending any goods.

- The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual but for guidance purposes only and may not give rise to any type of commitment on the part of ilevante.com, as color tones may have slight deviations. Repair parts for professional and technical use are illustrated so that you can identify the suitability of the product; however, only their operation and compatibility are guaranteed, and not the appearance of the printed circuit boards, which may vary depending on the batch or manufacturer.

- ilevante.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the products and services offered through its website at any time. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, the current price will be the one in the advertising at the time the order is formalized.

- Once the order is formalized, the customer understands that they can make modifications, changes, or a cancellation of the same until the moment the order enters the Processing or Shipped status. Once it has entered those states, no changes or cancellations can be made until the order is received at your home.

- At the time of formalization of the order, once the order acceptance menu option has been used, it is understood that the customer's consent has been given for the validity and effectiveness of the sales contract that binds the parties.


- SPECIAL CONDITIONS:


1.- Regarding models, colors, and variants: - It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to indicate the specific model / color / variant of the product through the model selection tools that ilevante.com makes available in the file of each of the products. No other method can be taken into account for the selection thereof for technical and management reasons.
2.- Regarding products that require handling (such as screens, displays, LCDs, digitizers, flex circuits, batteries, integrated circuits, SMD components):
  1. These products, which require manipulation by the customer, are not subject to any exchange or return after incorrect handling. Their initial operation has been tested by the manufacturer and by iLevante.com, and all of them include a security and warranty seal on the product itself. All products in this category can be tested WITHOUT removing the seals. Therefore, removing the seals IS NOT "manipulation necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or operation", it is a manipulation typical of FINAL INSTALLATION, which is use, not testing.
  2. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted when the product does not include its intact warranty seal. To be able to make a return if the warranty seal has been removed, it must first be verified that the product has been handled correctly.
  3. No refunds, returns, or exchanges of screens will be made if they have traces of glue, have been glued, or the protectors have been removed due to health and hygiene reasons.

PAYMENT METHODS



To guarantee the payment of the purchased goods with complete security for the consumer, the following payment systems are established:

- Bank Transfer or Deposit: It is very important that in the SENDER or ORDERER field you indicate the name of the end customer, and in the SUBJECT field you must indicate the Order No., Budget No. or Invoice No. In the event that this cannot be fulfilled, it is essential that the customer sends us a proof of payment from their email address where it can be demonstrated that their payment corresponds to their order.
Without this information, the customer's order will suffer a guaranteed delay as it is not viable for us to link your payment to the order due to lack of data.

You will have a period of 5 business days to order the transfer after placing your order. Once we receive confirmation of the deposit from our bank, we will proceed to activate your order. Delivery times count from the day your payment is received and not before.

- Cash on Delivery : This service has administrative management costs of 3.5% of the purchase value, with a minimum of €2; this amount is charged because the transport agencies charge this commission for handling the money. The total amount of the purchase will have to be paid to the carrier. However, this form of payment is not available for all products. At the time of completing the order, you can check if the products you have chosen accept cash on delivery or not.


- Credit Card Payment: Payment can be made by card through the website in a secure way. Your purchase is made via credit or debit card through the online payment platform of the accredited banking entity, and the data entered will be transmitted directly to it. ilevante.com does not retain or access this data.
ilevante.com has opted for these solutions to offer you the greatest security. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary for the issuing bank to be part of the Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC/CES) security protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. ilevante.com reserves the right to reject any operation performed with a credit card. As an alternative, we suggest payment by transfer.

INVOICING

ilevante.com will not automatically send a physical invoice to the customer's home or a virtual invoice. The customer must access the order tracking page and fill in their details to download the invoice in PDF format. Following your request, we will verify that your details are correct within 24-48 business hours.

CONFLICT IN DELIVERY OR WITH THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS



- In the event that when receiving the goods you observe any anomaly in the packaging of your order, you must notify the transport agency at the time of delivery.

- If your order, upon opening it, is not in perfect condition, you have a period of 24 calendar hours (non-extendable) to notify iLevante.com, via email at ventas@ilevante.com, always attaching photographs of the same. iLevante.com will investigate the case and provide you with a solution.

- After 24 hours from the receipt of the goods, we understand that there is no problem with the condition of the same and no responsibilities can be claimed from either iLevante.com or the transport agency.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME



- Delivery times indicated by ilevante.com are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. Although our company will strive to respect these deadlines, their delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation due to the nature of the service and the dependence on a third party.

- The commitment acquired by ilevante.com for the sale and dispatch of the offered goods is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks last, therefore ilevante.com , in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times to ensure that advertised products are available. However, should exceptional circumstances occur that lead to the product being out of stock, the order and the contract signed between the parties will become null and void by virtue of this termination clause, fully restoring to the customer, in the case of prepayment, the amounts paid by them, without any compensation for breach of contract, consequential damage, or loss of profit being applicable in favor of either party. Failing that, ilevante.com recommends the delivery of another item of a range equal to or higher than that acquired (always with the customer's consent).

- Once the transport shipping option is selected, the website will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of the product and its destination.

- ilevante.com will not send any order until it has verified that payment has been made, except for cash on delivery.

- On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there will be no delivery service and they are counted as non-business days. While it is possible that some transport agencies may deliver your order on a Saturday morning, this is at no time an obligation and, if it occurs, it is only in provincial capitals.

- ilevante.com is not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier due to causes beyond the normal operation of the transport service, such as strikes, accidents, truck overload, etc.

- The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. Subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs on the sale price, provided that the method chosen by the customer allows this type of modification. iLevante.com does not guarantee that national post (Correos) or international shipping services have the option to modify the delivery address available, so it is the total responsibility of the customer to fill in their shipping address correctly.

-Regarding the modification of orders: To modify your orders, it is necessary to do so with a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the dispatch of your shipment. This rule is applicable as a margin for our logistics team. Any modifications requested with less than 60 minutes notice before shipping cannot be guaranteed, nor can responsibility be assumed by ilevante.com. Despite this, the ilevante team will do everything possible to meet customer requirements at all times.

- The purchased product may undergo, due to manufacturer availability, non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics, or benefits of the batch that integrates it, provided they do not imply a reduction in the advertised qualities and benefits.

- Shipping costs and delivery times will be those in force at the time of placing your order on the Costs and shipping methods page.

RETURNS

- In accordance with current law, the customer shall have the right to revoke the requested order within a period of fifteen (15) days after receiving it, with prior communication to ilevante.com . You can download the withdrawal form for your purchase from our website and send it to the company at any of the addresses listed in the document.

- The circumstances that can lead to a return are as follows:

If the product you ordered does not satisfy you: In the event that the customer decides to exercise this right of withdrawal, any damage suffered by the product or goods will be at the customer's expense. In this way, and after verification of the returned goods, the amount will be refunded. Failing that, ilevante.com recommends the delivery of another item of a range equal to or higher than the one acquired (always with the customer's consent), in which case the customer will pay the difference. Changes will not apply to products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by ilevante.com, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately, or that by their nature cannot be returned. Withdrawal will also not apply to goods or orders that can be considered, due to their special characteristics, customized to the customer's request.

Unilateral refusal of a package without prior communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal: In the event that the customer decides, unilaterally, to abandon the package without prior communication of their exercise of withdrawal, the company will issue a credit to the customer according to the amount paid for the products purchased.

- ilevante.com will make exchanges or returns provided that:

Prior communication is given to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. You can do this by sending an email to ventas@ilevante.com. We will indicate how you can proceed for the return of the item and confirm if it is appropriate.

The item to be returned must be correctly packed for its return: ilevante.com will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those goods that are returned incomplete in both their main elements and accessories.

- ilevante.com will not refund the amount or perform any reshipping of goods until the receipt and state of packaging and accessories of the item subject to the return have been verified.

- The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the legally established period.

- ilevante.com will never take responsibility for failures in the installation of devices purchased in our store when our company does not perform said installation.

- International purchases from countries other than Spain: The customer will assume the corresponding return shipping costs according to their country of residence, and iLevante is not responsible for assuming the shipping costs of the return.

WARRANTY

- The standard warranty for products offered by ilevante.com is three (3) years. Within this period and in case of needing warranty processing, ilevante.com may manage it with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

- The warranty will begin on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.

DATA SECURITY



ilevante.com undertakes not to use the personal data of its customers or users for purposes other than the object of contracting the services it provides, ensuring through appropriate measures their confidentiality, loss or alteration, and unauthorized access to said data.

ilevante.com , through the customer's email or personal address, may send offers and information provided that the customer, in advance, accepts this modality which will be expressly requested in the customer registration process.

Ideas, suggestions, or any other information you decide to share with us will be used exclusively to provide you with better service. When placing an order, the data you provide us will be incorporated into an automated file and will become part of the customer database of ilevante.com .
