Who we are
Hello and welcome to iLevante!
We are a small group of people behind iLevante. We started in e-commerce on December 21, 2005, and we’re based in Valencia, the land of paella and Fallas. If you are curious, you can even see what iLevante looked like 20 years ago on the Wayback Machine.
As you can see, we’ve changed a lot, but we’ve always believed in personal, one-on-one service. That’s why behind everything we do, there’s a person paying attention and taking care.

We don’t close in summer or any day the shipping companies are working. We’re proud of that; the sacrifice is well worth it.
I won’t lie to you, our business goal is to reach as many customers as possible, and we know that means providing excellent service, fast delivery, and parts that have undergone strict quality tests and checks. We believe these three elements are what help us grow and improve every day.

Our office is in the city of Valencia, in the Primado Reig area. From there, we handle all communication, manage all your orders, and address any issues that may arise during shipping with the couriers and postal services. While we do our best, you should know that sometimes there are transportation hiccups. There is no denying it...
