In this section, you’ll find parts for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, the global variant with a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel, Dimensity 7400-Ultra chip and 6580 mAh battery, unveiled by Xiaomi in late 2025. Code 25080RABDG: how to tell your Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G apart from its siblings
The European and global version is identified by code 25080RABDG. Regional variants with the same base code and a different final letter are also available: 25080RABDI (India), 25080RABDR (Japan), 25080RABDT and the Chinese version 25080RABDC. You can check the code in Settings, under About phone, or on the box label.
This check is important because the name is shared by several phones with different parts:
- Redmi Note 15 Pro (without 5G): features a Helio G200 Ultra, 6.77-inch Full HD+ screen, 6500 mAh battery and 32 MP front camera. If your phone supports microSD in the tray, it’s this model, not the 5G version.
- Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G (2510ERA8BG): this is a different model with its own code. Don’t mix its parts with those for the Pro 5G, even if they look very similar.
- Redmi Note 15 5G (25098RA98G): its main camera is 108 MP and its battery is 5520 mAh. It shares the 8 MP ultra-wide camera and 20 MP front camera resolution with the Pro 5G.
- Chinese version 25080RABDC: launched earlier, in August 2025. We haven’t been able to confirm whether it shares the battery or cameras with the global version, so if your phone is an import, check the reference printed on the part before ordering.
Choosing the right replacement grade for each Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G component
The 6.83-inch AMOLED panel and optical fingerprint reader
The phone originally comes with a flat 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1280, 120 Hz, peak brightness of 3200 nits and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The fingerprint sensor is optical and located under the screen. This means fingerprint recognition depends directly on the panel you install.
The Premium complete screen compatible with Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G is usually more affordable than an official service replacement. Before buying, check the product details to see which panel technology it uses and whether it includes a frame, as these affect fingerprint reader operation. The replacement part’s peak brightness and refresh rate are also listed in the product details. For reference, Xiaomi’s service screen is supplied already fitted to its frame and in the colour of the casing.
BN69 6580 mAh battery with silicon-carbon technology
The original battery is the BN69, rated at 6580 mAh, with silicon-carbon chemistry and 45 W charging. Our BN69 6580 mAh battery in Premium grade carries the same reference. It is secured with adhesive but has pull tabs, making it easier to replace than batteries in other models in the range. The 6500 mAh battery for the Redmi Note 15 Pro without 5G is not suitable for this phone.
Bonded rear cover and camera frame
To replace the rear cover, you need to heat and separate it, as it is held in place with adhesive and has no clips. The original rear cover with camera frame already includes the module frame, so you don’t need to transfer it from the damaged phone. If the cover is in good condition and only the camera glass is damaged, the original rear camera lens and frame assembly fixes the issue without removing the rear cover. Check the colour in each product listing before buying.
Camera modules, charging connector and internal flex cables
For the cameras, we stock the original 20 MP front camera and the original 8 MP ultra-wide camera, which is listed under the Redmi Note 15 5G name. There are two charging options: the original USB charging port for Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G and the OEM-grade charging port flex cable, a compatible option at a lower price. The range is rounded off by the original power and volume button flex cable and the OEM motherboard connection flex cable, which connects the two boards underneath the battery.
Fingerprint recognition, IP69K sealing and service parts for the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G
The phone comes with IP68 and IP69K certification, and this protection depends on the rear cover adhesive. Once the device has been opened, you can’t assume that its water resistance will be maintained, even if the replacement parts are original.
On Xiaomi phones with optical fingerprint recognition, the sensor often stops reading fingerprints properly after the screen is replaced. This is usually resolved by recalibrating the fingerprint in the system test menu, and the panel must be correctly aligned with the frame. As for the battery, we haven’t found any unauthorised part warning for the global version of this model. Xiaomi only implemented one on older models sold in China.

Will the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G battery fit the 5G?
No. The version without 5G has a 6500 mAh battery, while the 5G uses the 6580 mAh BN69. These are two phones with different internal dimensions.
Will fingerprint recognition work with the Premium screen?
That depends on the panel technology, which is shown in the product details. Even if it is compatible, you may need to recalibrate the fingerprint after installation.
Only the rear camera glass is broken. Do I need to replace the cover?
No. You can replace just the lens and its frame. If the rear cover is also cracked, it’s more cost-effective to replace the complete cover, which already includes the frame.
Is code 25080RABDG the same as 25080RABDI?
It’s the same phone for two different regions: global and India. They share the same design, but if you’re unsure about a specific part, check the reference printed on the original part.
