Xiaomi 17T Pro or Xiaomi 17T: how to identify the 2602EPTC0G
The global variant of the Xiaomi 17T Pro has the code 2602EPTC0G, which also appears on its certification and on devices sold in Europe. To check it on the device, go to Settings, open About phone, then Detailed specifications: the Model field will show the code. If the code starts with 2602DPT, it is a standard Xiaomi 17T, and most parts in this category will not fit.
The two models look very similar from the outside, but differ in almost every component relevant to repairs:
- Screen: 6.83 inches and up to 144 Hz on the Pro, compared with 6.59 inches and 120 Hz on the 17T.
- Main camera: Light Fusion 950 sensor on the Pro and the smaller Light Fusion 800 on the 17T.
- Battery and charging: 7000 mAh, 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging on the Pro; 6500 mAh and 67 W on the global 17T.

6.83-inch AMOLED front screen at 144 Hz
The original complete screen for Xiaomi 17T Pro matches the factory-fitted panel: a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen, 2772 x 1280 resolution, refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and maximum brightness of 3500 nits, with Gorilla Glass 7i. As an original part, its specifications match those of the device as supplied, which is important for a model that stands out in particular for its screen brightness and smoothness.
The 17T Pro fingerprint reader is optical and located under the screen, very close to the bottom edge. We sell it as a separate flex cable, so if the impact has also damaged that area, consider ordering both parts at the same time. Also note that the fingerprint sensor usually needs recalibration after a new panel is fitted.
The two 50 MP rear cameras
Of the three rear cameras in the Leica camera unit, the two 50 MP cameras are available here. The original 50 MP rear main camera features the Light Fusion 950 sensor, has optical stabilisation and enables 8K video recording. The 50 MP periscope telephoto camera for Xiaomi 17T Pro provides 5x optical zoom and is also stabilised.
Before ordering, identify which module is faulty: if the issue occurs only when switching to 5x, it points to the periscope camera. The main camera is not interchangeable with the 17T's, as that model uses a different sensor. For the telephoto camera, always choose the part listed for the 17T Pro.
Flex cables and earpiece: smaller parts for this model
The integrated fingerprint sensor flex cable includes the optical reader that works beneath the panel. The original flash and sensor flex cable combines the rear flash and its associated sensor in a single part. The Xiaomi 17T Pro motherboard flex cable connects the motherboard to other components in the device; compare its shape and connectors with those of your part before ordering.
The earpiece speaker for Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro is the only part in this category that fits both models in the series. If your workshop handles both, one part number covers them both. All these parts are usually among the most affordable for this model and, being original, fit the factory mounting points and connectors.
Fingerprint calibration and other Xiaomi 17T Pro details
The most delicate component on this model is the optical reader integrated beneath the screen. When replacing the screen or fingerprint flex cable, the phone may not recognise fingerprints until the sensor is recalibrated from the CIT service menu, accessed by dialling *#*#6484#*#*. Calibration requires a specific tool, and the process will not be successful if the panel has not been seated correctly.
The CIT menu itself includes hardware tests that are useful for checking the cameras, flash or earpiece before closing the device. Also note that the 17T Pro comes with an IP68 rating from the factory. This protection depends on the original seal, so it cannot be assumed to remain intact after opening the phone.

Will Xiaomi 17T parts fit the 17T Pro?
Usually not. The screen, main camera, battery and processor are different in the two models. In this category, the earpiece speaker is the only part that works with both.
Why does the fingerprint reader stop working after replacing the screen?
On Xiaomi phones with an optical reader under the screen, the sensor usually needs recalibrating after the panel is replaced. This is done from the CIT menu using a calibration tool. If it still does not work, check that the screen is fitted correctly and that the fingerprint flex cable is undamaged.
Does the Redmi K90 Ultra use the same spare parts?
It is often described as the Chinese equivalent of the 17T Pro, but differences between the two models' internal components had already been reported before launch. We have not checked compatibility part by part, so these spare parts are sold for the Xiaomi 17T Pro only.
