This section brings together parts for the Xiaomi 15T, launched in September 2025 under model code 25069PTEBG. It shares its name and 6.83-inch diagonal with the 15T Pro, but does not use the same panel, chassis or camera island. So before ordering a part, it is worth checking which variant you have. Xiaomi 15T (25069PTEBG) vs 15T Pro (2506BPN68G)
The commercial name is shown under Settings > About phone. Code 25069PTEBG belongs to the global 15T, while the 15T Pro uses 2506BPN68G. Viewed from the front, they are virtually identical, so it is easy to mix them up, both for individual buyers and repair shops. These are the differences that affect parts:
- Weight and thickness: the 15T weighs 194 g and is 7.5 mm thick; the Pro weighs 210 g and is around 8 mm thick.
- Chassis: the 15T has a plastic frame, while the Pro has an aluminium frame.
- Panel: 120 Hz with a Tianma screen on the 15T; 144 Hz with a CSOT screen on the Pro.
- Telephoto lens: conventional 2x on the 15T; 5x periscope on the Pro.
- Charging: the 15T charges only by cable at 67 W; the Pro supports 90 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging.
There’s a quick way to check: if the phone charges on a wireless charging pad, it isn’t a 15T. In that case, look for 15T Pro parts.
The Xiaomi 15T has a 120 Hz AMOLED screen with an optical fingerprint reader under the panel
The 15T features a flat 6.83-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1280 x 2772 pixels at 120 Hz, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and a stated peak brightness of 3,200 nits. According to Xiaomi, the panel is made by Tianma. The fingerprint sensor is a short-focus optical sensor located under the glass, so it reads your finger through the display itself. This means that when you replace the screen, you also replace the window through which the sensor operates.
At the moment, the full screen for Xiaomi 15T is available in Original quality. It’s the right option if you want the same type of panel as the phone came with, with its resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and brightness level. As it’s a complete module, the glass, touchscreen and panel come bonded together, so there’s no need to separate the layers.
Don’t confuse it with the Pro screen, even though both measure 6.83 inches. The panel supplier and refresh rate differ, and the frame is different too. Check code 25069PTEBG before placing your order.
Two rear covers with a camera frame: one for the Xiaomi 15T and one for the 15T Pro
Both covers in the listing include a camera frame, but each is designed for its own camera island. The 15T has a conventional 2x telephoto lens, while the 15T Pro has a 5x periscope that takes up more space. For that reason, the openings and the frame don’t match.

- Rear cover with camera frame for Xiaomi 15T Pro: now available in OEM quality, for code 2506BPN68G. This is the one you need if your phone weighs 210 g and supports wireless charging.
The 15T comes with an IP68 rating from the factory, and the rear cover is part of the seal. After opening the phone, water resistance depends on the new adhesive and how the phone is reassembled, so it cannot be guaranteed.
Two 50 MP sensors on the back of the Xiaomi 15T: find out which one needs replacing
The rear camera system on the 15T combines a 50 MP f/1.7 main camera with OIS, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera. The front has a 32 MP f/2.2 sensor. Since there are two 50 MP modules, check whether the fault occurs in the 1x view or when switching to 2x before ordering.

The 15T Pro has a different camera island, so its camera island parts won’t fit the 15T. Always order the part for your model.
Xiaomi 15T: 67 W wired charging only and buttons on a plastic frame
Without wireless charging, USB-C is the only way to charge the 15T
The 15T doesn’t have wireless charging, so the USB-C connector is the only way to charge it and its only wired connection. If it fails, there’s no other way to charge the phone. There are two options in the listing:
- Original charging port for Xiaomi 15T and 17T: currently available in Original quality. The part is listed as compatible with the Xiaomi 17T too, another phone with a 157.6 x 75.2 mm body.
- OEM USB charging port for Xiaomi 15T: currently available in OEM quality. It’s usually the more affordable option for the same opening.

The power and volume button flex cable for Xiaomi 15T combines the side buttons in a single part and is currently available in Original quality. The 15T has a plastic frame, while the Pro has an aluminium one, so order the 15T flex cable even though the two phones look similar from the outside.

Can I fit a 15T Pro screen to my Xiaomi 15T?
It isn’t the right part. Although both screens measure 6.83 inches, the Pro screen runs at 144 Hz and comes from a different supplier, and the frame is different too. Order the screen for code 25069PTEBG.
How can I check whether I have a 15T or a 15T Pro without opening the phone?
Check the model under Settings > About phone and check the weight: 194 g for the 15T and 210 g for the Pro. If the phone charges on a wireless charging pad, it’s a Pro.
Why is there a charging port listed for both the 15T and 17T?
That original part is sold for both models, although the 17T is a device with different dimensions. For your 15T, you can choose either of the two connectors in the listing, depending on the quality you want.
Does the Xiaomi 15T retain its water resistance after replacing the rear cover or screen?
The IP68 rating is achieved in the factory under laboratory conditions. After the phone is opened, the result depends on the new seal, so the same level of protection cannot be guaranteed.
