- Realme C85 Pro (RMX5555): Full HD+ AMOLED screen at 120 Hz and Snapdragon 685 processor. Its screen is not compatible with the C85 5G.
- Realme C85 4G: it also has a Snapdragon 685 and a 6.8-inch LCD, but there is no confirmation that its parts fit the RMX5253.
The closest relative is the Realme 15x 5G (RMX5250): a 144 Hz LCD with the same specifications, the same main camera sensor and the same BLPD25 battery, although the front camera (50 MP) and charging (60 W) differ. For all other parts, always order the version specified for your model number.
The Realme C85 5G has a 1570 x 720, 144 Hz LCD with a side-mounted fingerprint reader
The original panel is a 6.8-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, 180 Hz touch sampling and up to 1200 nits in high-brightness mode. The fingerprint sensor is built into the power button, not beneath the glass, so replacing the screen does not affect fingerprint unlocking.
The complete screen for Realme C85 5G is currently available in Original quality, the option for retaining the panel’s factory specifications, including 144 Hz. As the product is listed in the catalogue as Realme C85, check that your device is the RMX5253 and not the C85 Pro, whose AMOLED screen uses different technology and a different resolution.
7000 mAh and BLPD25 model number in the Realme C85 5G
The original cell in the Realme C85 5G has a capacity of 7000 mAh and model number BLPD25, which it shares with the Realme 15x 5G. In this model, it supports charging at up to 45 W and 6.5 W wired reverse charging. It is secured to the chassis with adhesive, beneath a protective layer.
The 7000 mAh BLPD25 battery compatible with Realme C85 5G is now available in Premium quality, a compatible option at a lower price than the original cell. Before buying, check the code printed on your current battery: if it says BLPD25, the model number matches. We have not found reliable documentation about Realme UI warnings when replacing the battery in this model, so we cannot guarantee how the system will display the new cell’s health.

The rear housing does not require a laser: it is secured to the chassis with adhesive, with an additional layer around the camera module, and can be removed using heat. Both are suitable for the RMX5253. The Realme 15x 5G charges at 60 W, so don’t use its part as a reference, even though it looks almost identical.
Sony IMX852 50 MP sensor on the rear of the C85 5G
The main camera features a 50 MP Sony IMX852 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and PDAF autofocus, and records video at 1080p and 30 fps. It is the only rear camera listed by Realme in the model’s official specifications. The 50 MP main rear camera for Realme C85 5G is currently available in Original quality.
The Realme 15x 5G uses the same sensor, but we have not been able to confirm whether the module and its connector are interchangeable, so order the version for the RMX5253. We have also been unable to find documentation about camera-to-board pairing for this model.

The Realme C85 5G plays music, videos, alerts and hands-free calls through a single speaker on the bottom edge, which Realme advertises with an amplified volume mode of up to 400%. As there is no stereo sound, this part handles all the phone’s multimedia output. The main speaker for Realme C85 5G is currently available in Original quality. As small parts can differ between C85 versions, check the model number before ordering.

Can a Realme 15x 5G battery be fitted in the C85 5G?
Both models use the BLPD25 7000 mAh battery according to the spare parts catalogues we consulted. Check that the code printed on your current battery matches before fitting it.
Will replacing the C85 5G screen affect the fingerprint reader?
No, changing the panel won’t affect it because the reader is in the side-mounted power button. If it stops working after you open the phone, check the sensor flex cable, which is thin and runs alongside that button.
How can I tell the C85 5G from the C85 4G if both have a 6.8-inch LCD?
