In this category, you’ll find parts for the Oppo Reno 15 F, which OPPO sells as the Reno15 F 5G. It is the Reno15 series model featuring a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, a 6.57-inch AMOLED display and a triple rear camera of 50 + 8 + 2 MP. For now, the range focuses on the rear camera module: you can choose between a glass-only replacement and a glass-and-frame assembly. Check the model code before placing your order. Several phones in the same generation have very similar names but different cameras.
The Oppo Reno 15 F shares the CPH2801 model code with the Reno15 FS 5G
OPPO lists the Reno15 F 5G under model number CPH2801. In its official European specifications, the Reno15 FS 5G is listed with the same code. The published specifications for both models match in terms of processor, display, dimensions (158.18 x 74.93 mm) and rear cameras. Everything points to them being the same chassis sold under two names depending on the market and memory configuration. Both names are sold in Spain, so it’s normal to have an FS even if you’re looking for F parts.
To check which model you have, go to Settings > About device: you’ll find the commercial name and model there. If it shows CPH2801, this is the right category for your phone. Also check the name of each product. The frame assembly specifies compatibility with the Reno15 F 5G and Reno15 FS 5G, while the standalone lens only mentions the Reno15 F 5G.
The Reno15, Reno15 Pro and Reno15c don’t share a camera with the Oppo Reno 15 F
The Reno15 range was announced in January 2026 with five variants, and the similarity between their names leads to quite a few incorrect orders. The Reno15 without a letter, along with the Reno15 Pro and Pro Max, have a different chip and camera layout: they feature a telephoto lens and, in the Pro models, a 200 MP main sensor. The Reno 15 F, on the other hand, uses a 2 MP macro camera as its third camera. The Reno15c also features a telephoto lens and a different display. As the lenses differ in size and position, the glass and frames for one variant won’t fit another.
The Reno13 F is similar. Its rear camera specifications are almost identical (50 + 8 + 2 MP), but it belongs to a different generation and lacks the decorative ring on the Reno 15 F. So matching megapixel counts doesn’t mean the parts are compatible: always check the CPH2801 model code.
Two replacement options for the Oppo Reno 15 F rear camera module
The Reno 15 F camera island houses the 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation, the 8 MP ultra-wide camera, the 2 MP macro camera and the flash. It is surrounded by a frame that OPPO calls the Dynamic Stellar Ring. The camera island protrudes slightly from the back cover, so it’s the first part to touch the table when you place the phone face-up without a case. You’ll need to decide whether replacing the glass is enough or whether the frame also needs replacing:
- Rear camera lens for Oppo Reno15 F 5G: glass only, now in OEM quality. Ideal when the frame is straight and firmly attached and the damage is limited to the glass. It’s usually the more affordable option.
- Camera lens and frame assembly for Reno15 F and Reno15 FS: glass and frame in a single piece, now in Original quality. A good choice if the frame is dented, deformed or has come away from the back cover. It usually costs more.
In practice: if the glass is cracked but the frame is still secure and undamaged, the standalone lens is enough. If the impact has damaged the metal edge, the frame assembly saves you from fitting new glass into a deformed part, where it wouldn’t sit properly.
Oppo Reno 15 F with IP69: water resistance after replacing the camera glass
OPPO advertises the Reno 15 F with IP69 protection. European specification sheets list it as IP68, with a note that it also passes IP69 tests. The phone also has an underwater photography mode that can be activated using the physical buttons. A broken lens leaves an opening in the back cover, and after replacement, the seal in that area depends on the adhesive and how well the new part fits.
There’s no guarantee that the phone will retain its rating after a repair carried out outside an official service centre. If you regularly use underwater mode or often get your phone wet, bear this in mind when choosing between the two options. In any case, it’s best not to submerge it again.
Frequently asked questions about Oppo Reno 15 F (CPH2801) parts
Does the Reno15 FS 5G use the same camera parts as the Reno 15 F?
Both share the CPH2801 code and have the same official rear camera specifications. The listed lens and frame assembly states that it is compatible with both models. The standalone lens only mentions the Reno15 F 5G, so if you have an FS, check the code in Settings before ordering.
Can I fit a Reno15 or Reno15 Pro camera lens to a Reno 15 F?
No. The Reno15 and Reno15 Pro models have a telephoto lens and a different lens layout, and the Pro models also use a 200 MP sensor. The glass and frames for those models won’t fit the camera island on the Reno 15 F.
How do I know whether I only need the glass or the frame as well for my Reno 15 F?
Inspect the edge of the module in side lighting. If the frame has no dents, doesn’t move and remains attached to the back cover, the lens is enough. If the edge looks deformed or has come away, choose the lens and frame assembly.
Will the Reno 15 F still be water-resistant after replacing the lens?
This can’t be guaranteed. The IP68/IP69 rating applies to the phone as it leaves the factory. After any opening or glass replacement, water resistance will depend on the seal applied.
