This section brings together parts for the Oppo A6x 4G, model code CPH2819, powered by the Snapdragon 685 processor and unveiled by Oppo in December 2025. From the outside, it looks almost identical to the A6x 5G and shares its screen and fingerprint flex cable, although not all internal parts are the same. Below, we explain which parts fit each version and what to check before ordering.

The Oppo A6x 4G is distinguished from the 5G by the CPH2819 code and Snapdragon 685

The A6x 4G and A6x 5G share dimensions of around 166,6 x 78,5 x 8,6 mm, a 6,75-inch screen and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. In many countries, both are sold simply as “OPPO A6x”, so relying on the retail name or appearance could lead you to order a part for the wrong model.

The reliable way to identify it is by the model code, which you can find under Settings > About device or on the box label:

  • CPH2819: A6x 4G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 685. This is the model covered by this category.
  • CPH2783: A6x 5G according to Oppo’s official specifications for Australia and the Philippines, equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 6300.

As each variant has a different processor, their motherboards are not identical. The screen and fingerprint flex cable are listed as compatible with both versions; for other components, order only the parts listed for the CPH2819.

The same 6,75-inch, 120 Hz LCD panel for the A6x 4G and A6x 5G

The Oppo A6x 4G features a 6,75-inch LCD with HD+ resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, 240 Hz touch sampling and 1125 nits of brightness in high brightness mode. The 5G version has exactly the same specifications, which is why the complete screen for Oppo A6x 4G and 5G fits both models. This is useful if your repair shop handles both versions: one part number covers them both.

We currently stock it in Original quality, the premium option for this model. An original component is designed to deliver the performance of the factory-fitted panel, including 120 Hz smoothness, one of the key selling points of this phone.

One detail makes choosing easier: the A6x 4G’s fingerprint reader is not under the glass but on the side. Replacing the screen does not affect fingerprint unlocking, so there is no need to look for a panel with an integrated sensor or worry about calibration.

No fast charging on the CPH2819: USB-C connector and board flex cable

The A6x 4G charges via USB Type-C, and Oppo’s official specifications for the CPH2819 state that it does not support fast charging. Bear this in mind when assessing the USB charging port for Oppo A6x 4G: if the phone charges at a moderate speed after the repair, that is normal for this model and does not indicate a faulty component. By contrast, Oppo advertises 45 W charging for the A6x 5G in some markets, showing that the charging circuitry is not identical; for this reason, this port is listed only for the 4G version. We currently stock it in OEM quality, a lower-cost option.

The original A6x 4G motherboard flex cable connects the motherboard to other phone modules. As it is a board with Snapdragon 685, unlike the 5G version, the cable length and connectors may vary between versions, so use it only for CPH2819 devices. Before ordering, compare the shape and connectors of the flex cable you are replacing with the product photos, especially if the phone has been opened before.

On the Oppo A6x 4G, the fingerprint sensor is side-mounted and its flex cable also fits the 5G

Oppo places the A6x 4G fingerprint reader on the side of the frame, just like on the A6x 5G. As it is a separate module from the screen, if only fingerprint unlocking has stopped working, you only need to replace that part; there is no need to remove the screen.

The fingerprint sensor flex cable for Oppo A6x 4G and A6x 5G is designed for both variants, just like the screen. It is a useful part number if you work with both models, as it means you do not need to keep two parts in stock for the same function. We currently offer it in Original quality.

While waiting for the part, the user can continue unlocking the phone using face recognition, which Oppo includes in the A6x 4G as a second biometric method.

Oppo A6x 4G: 5 MP front camera and CPH2819 main speaker

The A6x 4G selfie sensor is a 5 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture that records video at 1080p and 30 fps. The original 5 MP front camera for Oppo A6x 4G is the replacement for this component. Although the A6x 5G also has a 5 MP front camera, this part is intended for the 4G version, so check the CPH2819 code before fitting it to another variant.

The main speaker for Oppo A6x 4G CPH2819 is listed with the model code in its name, making compatibility easy to check. We offer it in Original quality. As the A6x 4G retains a 3,5 mm headphone jack, plugging in wired headphones lets you check whether sound works correctly through that output and confirm that the speaker is the cause of the fault before ordering.

Four frequently asked questions before repairing an Oppo A6x 4G

Will the A6x 5G screen fit an A6x 4G CPH2819?

Yes. Both versions use a 6,75-inch LCD with 1570 x 720 pixels and 120 Hz, and the screen in this category fits both models. The motherboard is not the same.

Will replacing the A6x 4G screen affect the fingerprint sensor?

It should not, as the sensor is on the side and has its own flex cable. The screen does not include a fingerprint reader.

Why isn’t my A6x 4G fast charging with the new port?

Because the CPH2819 does not support fast charging according to Oppo’s official specifications. Moderate charging is normal for this model, even with the original factory-fitted port.

Does the A6x 4G retain its IP64 rating after being opened?

The phone comes with an IP64 rating for protection against dust and splashes. This protection depends on the original adhesives and seals, so it cannot be guaranteed after the phone has been opened.
