In this section, you'll find spare parts for the Oppo A6k with code CPH2891, the 4G variant with Snapdragon 685 sold by Oppo in Europe, Latin America and various Asian markets. The original-quality screen assembly and USB-C charging port are currently available. Before placing your order, check your phone's model code: a different A6k is sold in China under the same name, with different components.
Oppo A6k CPH2891 (4G) and A6k PLT120 (5G): one name, two different phones
The A6k CPH2891 is the international variant. It works only on 4G networks, features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor and has IP64 protection against dust and splashes. The A6k PLT120 was launched in China in April 2026 with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 and 5G connectivity, so its internal hardware is completely different.
They are difficult to tell apart from the outside, as both measure 166,61 x 78,51 x 8,61 mm and have a 6.75-inch screen. If your A6k has 5G, it is most likely not a CPH2891. You can find the code in the device information in Settings, and on the box label. The parts in this category are listed for the CPH2891, and we have not verified that they fit the PLT120.
The Oppo A6x 4G (CPH2819) looks quite similar to the A6k, but uses a different screen part number
The Oppo A6x 4G (CPH2819) appeared a few months earlier with very similar specifications: a 6.75-inch 120 Hz LCD and the same Snapdragon 685. Since the specifications match, many screens are sold for the entire family (A6 4G and 5G, A6x 4G and 5G, A6t), but the A6k is rarely included in those compatibility lists.
In Oppo's service replacement parts catalogue, the screen for the A6k CPH2891 has part number 621029000842. The A6x 4G, A6t 4G and A6c use part number 621029000765. The different part numbers indicate that the manufacturer does not consider them interchangeable, so don't assume that an A6x screen will fit an A6k, or vice versa.
Oppo A6k CPH2891: 6.75-inch 120 Hz LCD with the fingerprint reader outside the screen
The A6k has a 6.75-inch LCD with an HD+ resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1125 nits. Any replacement must meet these specifications for the phone to look and respond as it did out of the box.
The fingerprint reader is on the side button, not under the screen. This makes choosing a replacement panel easier: the sensor is not integrated into the screen assembly, so fingerprint unlocking does not depend on the part you buy.
The original screen assembly for Oppo A6k is sold in Original quality; it is the manufacturer's part designed for the 120 Hz panel fitted to the CPH2891. It is the premium option in the replacement parts market. As its size matches that of the A6x and the Chinese A6k, check the CPH2891 code before ordering.
Oppo A6k CPH2891: USB-C also supports reverse charging and OTG
On the A6k, the USB Type-C connector is used for more than charging. Oppo states that it supports OTG for connecting memory drives and accessories, and the phone supports wired reverse charging to provide power to another device. All of these functions use the same part, so when replacing the port, it's worth testing both charging and peripheral connections.
The OEM USB charging port for Oppo A6k CPH2891 is offered in OEM quality and is listed for code CPH2891, the international 4G variant. It usually costs less than the manufacturer's service replacement parts and is designed to replace the connector without affecting the rest of the phone. If your A6k is the Chinese PLT120 model, check compatibility before buying.
Frequently asked questions about buying replacement parts for the Oppo A6k CPH2891
How can I tell if my Oppo A6k is the CPH2891 or the 5G version?
Check the code in your device settings, under device information, or on the box. If it says CPH2891, you have the A6k 4G with Snapdragon 685, which is the model covered by this category. If it says PLT120, it's the Chinese variant with Dimensity 6300 and 5G.
Can I fit an Oppo A6x 4G screen in my A6k?
Compatibility has not been confirmed. Both are 6.75-inch 120 Hz LCDs, but Oppo assigns them different replacement part numbers, and the A6x compatibility lists do not include the CPH2891. The most reliable option is to choose a screen listed for the A6k.
Will replacing the Oppo A6k screen affect the fingerprint reader?
No. On the A6k, the fingerprint sensor is on the side button, separate from the screen assembly, so replacing the panel does not affect it.
Will the Oppo A6k retain its IP64 protection after a part is replaced?
The IP64 rating applies to the phone as it leaves the factory, with its original seals and adhesives. Once the phone is opened, its protection depends on the seal applied when it is closed again, so it cannot be guaranteed to remain after the repair.
