These are the parts available for the OnePlus Pad Go, the 11.35-inch tablet with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor launched by OnePlus in October 2023. You can currently choose between the screen assembly and the rear camera lens. Before placing your order, check that you have the original Pad Go, not its successor or one of its Oppo-branded variants, as this is the most common source of confusion when buying parts for this tablet.

OnePlus Pad Go: OPD2304 and OPD2305 model numbers compared with the Pad Go 2 and Oppo equivalents

The OnePlus Pad Go is sold under two model numbers: OPD2304, the LTE variant, and OPD2305, the Wi-Fi only variant. You can find the model number under Settings > About device. OnePlus specifies the same screen and external dimensions for both: 255.1 x 188 x 6.9 mm and 532 g.

The most common mistake is confusing it with the OnePlus Pad Go 2, which has a 12.1-inch 120 Hz screen. As it is a larger tablet, its components are not compatible with the original Pad Go, even though their commercial names are almost identical. If in doubt, check the screen size and model number to identify it in seconds.

Oppo sold the same tablet under different names: the Oppo Pad Air2 in China and the Oppo Pad Neo (OPD2302 and OPD2303) in other markets. Both share the same design, 2408 x 1720 resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and almost identical dimensions; Oppo lists the screen size as 11.4 inches, but the measurement in centimetres (28.85 cm) matches the one given by OnePlus. Even so, there is no official documentation confirming that the parts are compatible with one another, so our replacement parts are listed for the OnePlus Pad Go only.

11.35 inches, 2408 x 1720 and 90 Hz: the OnePlus Pad Go replacement screen

The OnePlus Pad Go features an 11.35-inch LTPS LCD with a 2408 x 1720 resolution (7:5 aspect ratio), a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz, 180 Hz touch sampling and 400 nits typical brightness. The complete screen for OnePlus Pad Go combines the LCD panel and touchscreen in a single part. This makes it suitable whether the glass is broken or the image is faulty, without the need to separate layers in the repair shop.

It is currently available in Original quality, matching the panel type used to manufacture this model. It is the premium option on the replacement market for this tablet and the right choice if you are looking for the factory specifications of 2.4K resolution and 90 Hz. It also makes quoting easier for repair shops: according to the official specifications, one part number fits both OPD2304 and OPD2305.

A distinctive feature of this model: it has no fingerprint reader. It uses 2D facial recognition with the 8 MP front camera, which is positioned in the bezel and does not cut into the panel. For this reason, the screen does not include an under-glass biometric sensor. Please note that suppliers warn that bending the LCD flex cable by more than 90 degrees can cause the image to go black.

A single 8 MP rear camera, positioned in the centre of the OnePlus Pad Go's back cover

The rear of the OnePlus Pad Go features a single 8 MP camera with electronic stabilisation, positioned in the centre and surrounded by a large circular ring. The ring protrudes from an otherwise flat back cover, leaving the glass covering the lens exposed when the tablet is placed down without a case.

The rear camera lens for OnePlus Pad Go replaces this protective glass, not the camera module. It is currently supplied in OEM quality. If the sensor still works and only the glass is broken, this is the most affordable repair to restore sharp photos and document scans without working on the rest of the tablet. First check that the camera opens and focuses normally: if it does not, the fault goes beyond the glass.

OPD2304, Oppo Pad Neo and face unlock: frequently asked questions about the OnePlus Pad Go

Will the Oppo Pad Neo or Oppo Pad Air2 screen fit a OnePlus Pad Go?

They are the same tablet under different commercial names, with identical resolution, refresh rate and dimensions. Even so, the manufacturer does not provide a compatibility chart for the two. Our screen is listed for the OnePlus Pad Go; if you plan to fit it in an Oppo, check the model number with us first.

Is the screen the same for the Wi-Fi version (OPD2305) and LTE version (OPD2304)?

OnePlus specifies a single screen for both versions, with the same diagonal, resolution and external dimensions. It is common for replacement parts on the market to be identified only by the code OPD2304. If your tablet is an OPD2305 and you want to make sure, send us the model number in writing before placing your order.

How can I tell a OnePlus Pad Go from a Pad Go 2 without switching it on?

Check the dimensions: the Pad Go has an 11.35-inch screen and weighs 532 g, while the Pad Go 2 has a 12.1-inch screen. If you can switch it on, check the settings for the OPD2304 or OPD2305 model number.

Does replacing the screen affect unlocking the OnePlus Pad Go?

This model uses only 2D facial recognition via the front camera, which is positioned in the bezel and is separate from the panel. There is no in-screen fingerprint reader that needs to be reconfigured.

Does the rear lens include the 8 MP camera?

No. The lens is the protective glass covering the camera, without the sensor. It is the right part when only the glass is cracked or scratched and the camera still focuses properly.
