This category brings together spare parts for the Honor Magic 8 Lite, the global model launched in early 2026 with Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, a 6.79-inch AMOLED screen and a 7,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery. Here you’ll find the complete screen, battery, three cameras, charging port, fingerprint reader and various internal flex cables. Before placing your order, check that your phone is the MTN-NX1M: it shares its design with other Honor models that use different parts.
Honor Magic 8 Lite MTN-NX1M vs Honor X9d MTN-NX1 and Chinese X70
The Honor Magic 8 Lite is the international version of the Honor X70, sold in China, and is almost identical in appearance to the Honor X9d. Our model uses the code MTN-NX1M, while the X9d is identified as MTN-NX1, without the final M. It’s a difference of just one letter, which is easy to miss when placing an order.
The most important difference when choosing a replacement part is the battery. The X9d and X70 are listed with 8,300 mAh, while the Magic 8 Lite has 7,500 mAh, so don’t assume the parts are interchangeable just because the chassis looks similar. To check, go to Settings > About phone and look at the model field: if it shows MTN-NX1M, you’re in the right category.
Honor Magic 8 Lite: 6.79-inch AMOLED at 120 Hz with an optical in-display reader
The phone comes with a 6.79-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2640 x 1200 pixels, an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a stated peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The fingerprint reader is optical and located under the screen: it detects your finger through the panel itself, so the screen you install directly affects unlocking.
Currently, the complete screen for Honor Magic 8 Lite is available in Original quality, meaning it uses the same type of AMOLED panel fitted to the phone at the factory. It’s at the higher end of the replacement market and is the right choice if you want to retain the original panel specifications. Once you’ve finished fitting it, delete your registered fingerprints and register them again so the system can read them through the new panel.
The Magic 8 Lite’s AMOLED panel sits above an optical reader, sold separately
The fingerprint reader is not included with the complete screen listed here. We sell it as a separate part: the fingerprint sensor with integrated flex for Honor Magic8 Lite, currently available in Original quality. If your screen is in good condition and only the reader is damaged, this part is all you need, saving you the cost of a new panel.
7,500 mAh typical and 7,330 mAh rated: the Magic 8 Lite’s HB5668A0EIW-B battery
The Magic 8 Lite has a silicon-carbon battery with a typical capacity of 7,500 mAh and a rated capacity of 7,330 mAh, made up of two cells. Both figures refer to the same battery, so don’t be surprised to see either one depending on where you check.
The HB5668A0EIW-B 7500 mAh battery compatible with Honor Magic8 Lite is currently available in Premium quality, a compatible alternative that is usually cheaper than an original part. Before ordering, check the code printed on your battery and compare it with HB5668A0EIW-B. If your phone comes from a market where the X9d or X70 was sold, check the model too, as those devices have 8,300 mAh batteries.
The Magic 8 Lite’s three cameras: 108 MP with OIS, 5 MP ultra-wide and 16 MP front camera
Each camera is sold separately, so you only need to replace the faulty one. Currently, all three are listed in Original quality:
- 108 MP main camera for Honor Magic8 Lite: the f/1.75 aperture module with optical image stabilisation (OIS), used for most photos.
- 5 MP rear ultra-wide camera: the f/2.2 secondary module, without stabilisation, used in ultra-wide mode.
- 16 MP front camera for Magic8 Lite and Honor 600 Lite: the f/2.45 module located in the screen cut-out and the only one listed as also compatible with the Honor 600 Lite.
Compatibility with the 600 Lite does not extend to the main camera. The Honor 600 Lite also has a 108 MP camera, but with a different aperture (f/1.88), so don’t assume the main camera from one model will work in the other.
66 W USB-C port, buttons and motherboard flex cables for the Honor Magic 8 Lite
The Magic 8 Lite charges via USB-C at up to 66 W and does not support wireless charging, so the bottom connector is the only way to charge it. The USB charging port for Honor Magic8 Lite is currently available in OEM quality, a mid-priced alternative for restoring charging and wired connectivity.
The other two flex cables are for specific internal connections:
- Power and volume button flex for Magic8 Lite, currently in Original quality: combines the side buttons in a single part.
- Motherboard flex cable for Honor Magic8 Lite, currently in Original quality: the interconnect cable that reaches the mainboard. Before ordering, compare its shape and the number of connectors with the part you’re removing.
Honor Magic 8 Lite, X9d and IP69K rating: frequently asked questions before buying
Will Honor X9d (MTN-NX1) parts fit the Magic 8 Lite?
They share a design and much of the hardware, but they are not the same phone: the X9d battery is rated at 8,300 mAh, while the Magic 8 Lite’s is 7,500 mAh. Order components listed for the MTN-NX1M and, if you’re unsure, compare the part number and connectors with the original part.
Will the Honor 600 Lite’s main camera work in the Magic 8 Lite?
It’s best not to assume so. Although both are listed as 108 MP, the 600 Lite’s lens has a different aperture. In this category, the only camera listed as compatible with both models is the 16 MP front camera.
Will the phone still have its IP69K rating after it’s opened?
The IP68 and IP69K ratings apply to the phone as it leaves the factory. Opening it breaks the original seal, and its water resistance afterwards depends on how the adhesive is replaced, so it cannot be assumed to retain its rating.
