Repair parts Google Pixel 10 Pro

Receive it on monday 02 de november
Here you’ll find replacement parts for the Google Pixel 10 Pro, the 6.3-inch model in the Pixel 10 range, launched in August 2025. It shares its design with the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro XL, but the screen and battery are not interchangeable between them. Before buying any part, make sure you check the model code and choose the quality you need.
GEHN3, G4QUR and GN4F5: the codes that identify the Google Pixel 10 Pro
You can check the code under Settings > About phone > Regulatory labels. Depending on the region, the Pixel 10 Pro is identified as GEHN3, G4QUR or GN4F5. If you see G45RY, it’s a Pixel 10 Pro XL; if you see GK2MP, it’s a Pixel 10. In either case, you’re looking at the wrong category.
The Pixel 10 is the model most often confused with it, as it has the same 6.3-inch screen size and a very similar camera bar. Its display has a lower resolution and its battery is different (G20M7), so it won’t work in the Pro even if it looks like it fits. The Pro XL is the other way round: it doesn’t share the screen or battery, but it does share some small parts, as you’ll see below.
The Google Pixel 10 Pro has a 1280 x 2856 LTPO OLED with an under-display fingerprint reader
The original display is a 6.3-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED with a resolution of 1280 x 2856 pixels. It supports a variable refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz, reaches a peak brightness of 3300 nits and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The fingerprint reader is located under the display, so replacing the screen also affects unlocking.
Currently, we have the Original quality complete screen for Google Pixel 10 Pro in stock. Choose this option if you want to retain the adaptive refresh rate and peak brightness specified by Google for this model. Before ordering, check that the code is one of the three listed above, as the Pixel 10 display has a different resolution.
There’s something both repair shops and anyone repairing their own phone should know. After installing the new screen, Google requires you to calibrate the fingerprint sensor using its Pixel Repair web tool, with the phone connected to a computer in fastboot mode. You’ll also need new adhesive to secure the display to the frame.
GLE28: the code for the Google Pixel 10 Pro’s 4707 mAh battery
Google specifies a typical capacity of 4870 mAh and a minimum rated capacity of 4707 mAh for the Pixel 10 Pro. The cell has the part number GLE28. Other models in the same range use different codes: the Pro XL has the 5079 mAh GD1J6, while the Pixel 10 has the G20M7. For this reason, searching by capacity alone could lead you to buy the wrong part.
The 4707 mAh GLE28 battery compatible with Google Pixel 10 Pro is currently available in Premium quality. This compatible replacement has the same part number as the original cell. To make sure it’s the right one, check the code printed on the label of the battery you’re replacing.
On this model, the battery is replaced from the back, without removing the screen. It has a green pull tab to help remove it, although it is still attached with adhesive, so it’s a good idea to clean the compartment before fitting the new one. After replacement, a full charge cycle is recommended so the system can accurately estimate battery life.
The Pixel 10 Pro’s glass back cover is bonded in place and has its own connection
The back cover is made of Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and is bonded around the entire edge. It can be removed using heat and a suction cup, without a laser. Bear in mind that this isn’t just a piece of glass: a cable connects it to the phone next to the power button, so take care when disconnecting it to avoid damage.
The complete back cover with camera frame for Pixel 10 Pro is currently available in OEM quality and in four colours: Moonstone Grey, Obsidian, Porcelain and Jade Green. As it includes the camera bar frame, there’s no need to transfer the trim from the damaged part to the new one. If only the glass covering the lenses is cracked, you can get the rear camera lens for Pixel 10 Pro, which can be replaced without handling the back cover.
The Pixel 10 Pro has an IP68 rating when new. New perimeter adhesive is needed to restore the seal, and the result depends on how the phone is assembled.
Google Pixel 10 Pro parts shared with the Pro XL or Pixel 10
Several small replacement parts for this model also fit its siblings. This is an advantage for repair shops working on the whole range:
- The original earpiece speaker for Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL fits both Pro models.
- The antenna flex cable for Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro, in Original quality, is also used in the Pixel 10.
- The 42 MP ultra-wide front camera, in Original quality, is the selfie camera for the Pixel 10 Pro.
- The power and volume button flex cable and the Pixel 10 Pro motherboard connection flex cable are exclusive to this model and are currently available from us in Original quality.
The USB-C port is available in two quality options. The OEM USB charging port for Pixel 10 Pro is the more affordable option. The Original USB-C charging port for Pixel 10 Pro is a premium-priced option. Both fit in the same space, so your choice depends on your budget and the type of repair.
Fingerprint reader, battery and Pro XL compatibility: Pixel 10 Pro FAQs
Can a Pixel 10 Pro XL screen be fitted to the Pixel 10 Pro?
No. The Pro XL has a 6.8-inch screen, while the Pro has a 6.3-inch screen, so neither the dimensions nor the mounting points match. Always order a screen for model code GEHN3, G4QUR or GN4F5.
Why does the fingerprint reader stop working after replacing the Pixel 10 Pro screen?
The sensor needs to be recalibrated every time the display is replaced. The process uses Google’s Pixel Repair tool in the Chrome browser, with the phone connected in fastboot mode.
Does the Pixel 10 Pro screen need to be removed to replace the battery?
No. You can access the battery by removing the back cover. However, you’ll need new adhesive for the cover and another piece for the cell.
Will a Pixel 10 battery fit the Pixel 10 Pro?
No. The Pixel 10 uses the G20M7 battery, while the Pro uses the GLE28. Check the code printed on the cell rather than relying on the mAh rating alone.
