You will need a repair kit (which we include for free). The kit consists of screwdrivers, a suction cup, picks to peel off the screen, and several levers.
You will also need to make sure you have no static electricity in your body. This is very important because the connectors are very sensitive.
Having experience having handled electronic devices is also necessary. Not because it is difficult, but because they are delicate parts that must be handled with special care.

If you have access to the battery, disconnect it.
Install the new screen on the Xiaomi Mi A3 and connect the battery.
Now stick the screen to the phone and leave it for a few hours to adhere.
