Now, as the second step, carefully remove the Flex that connects the module to the motherboard. You'll notice it's a small connector. With a small flat-head screwdriver, apply some force and it will pop out.
Next would be removing the broken part, for which two tools will be useful:

• Heat: you can use a heat gun, not exceeding 120ºC. Apply around the edges.
• A plastic pick: apply pressure between the touch and the casing.

Fourth step: place the screen (first remove impurities) and connect the cables in the same way. Now only place the screws and the cover.
